Section 1 · Conversion

From session to inquiry, in five steps

The drop-off between each stage is where the storefront earns or loses its visitor. Three of these five events do not yet exist in the live tracker: instrumenting product_view, add_to_cart, and form_submit is what unlocks this view.

5 stages
Note. "Form submits" treats the Send Inquiry click as the conversion. If the real definition is downstream (a quote sent, a deal closed), the same chart shows that instead by swapping the final stage. Easy to redefine later.

Section 2 · Rhythm

When people show up

Day-of-week × hour-of-day. Bright cells are when the storefront earns attention. Newsletter pushes and Mayo intranet posts show up here as sharp horizontal bands.

Section 3 · Activity mix

What visitors actually do

Event counts across the 30-day window. Scroll events have been sampled to milestone depths (25 / 50 / 75 / 100%) so they no longer drown out the signal events.

Anomaly detected. A bot-shaped session cluster on 2026-04-26 (~14 sessions, scroll-only, headless Linux) accounts for a measurable share of scroll events. Coral cells in the rhythm chart mark its appearance.

Section 4 · Audience

Where they're reading from

Device split for the same window. Healthcare staff browse on their phones at lunch; desktop sessions cluster mid-morning.

Section 5 · Engagement depth

How far down each page they read

Per page, the share of sessions that reached 25, 50, 75, and 100% scroll depth. Pages where most visitors bail before the 50% mark need either shorter content or a stronger call-to-action above the fold.

Section 6 · Live

Recent activity

The 20 most recent events as they hit the sheet. The same view your storefront's "Recent Events" panel shows visitors today, evolved into the dashboard.
